Advertisers and establishments subscribing to the Wait Mate® system are able to view the data captured by the Wait Mate® system through the Wait Mate® web portal. These reports can customized, designed, and integrated into existing corporate databases to create an effective operational and strategic decision making tool.
Example reports include:
  • Average and actual wait times for patrons based on time periods.
  • Track attrition due to wait time.
  • Tracking media content to better manage games, magazines, or other media subscription services based on frequency of usage
  • Determine which media is attracting their demographic consumer base’s attention, and subscribe/unsubscribe to different media utilizing their Wait Mate® subscription budget more effectively
  • Customized threshold analysis to track and monitor targets by location, region, or corporate-wide

    This information allows the establishment to incorporate the various types of utilization reports that are supplied by the Wait Mate® system and assist the establishment’s decision making process.
